Dr. Seal is a Registered Psychologist, Associate Professor, and seasoned clinician with over two decades of clinical and academic experience. Her approach is informed by personal insight and professional expertise – shaped by her brother Brent’s journey through psychosis and recovery, and by her dedication to evidence-based, compassionate care.

Cancellation policy: There is no charge for cancellations with more than 12 hours' notice, as other clients can often be booked. The full session fee will apply for late cancellations (under 12 hours). Please contact Dr. Seal if you have questions or concerns about this policy.
